Please be careful when using this business's services. I paid upfront for the $100 deal (plus the additional $30 "convenience fee" not mentioned in the advertising) and set a date time of 06/14 at 12:00

He did text during the morning of 6/14 to confirm he had the correct address, and that everything was going to plan.

I texted 5-10 minutes after noon to check on where he was, and got no response. I called at 12:15 to ask where he was, and he stated he was on his way, but would not be arriving for another 30 minutes (for a total of 45 minutes late).

I was unable to wait that long for him to begin the service, so I told him to cancel the work and refund my payment, which he agreed to.

2:00pm - no refund
6:00pm - still no refund. His response to a text chasing was that he had spent my money, and would refund me just as soon as he had finished the job he was on
9:00pm - still no refund, so I made it clear that if I did not have the refund by 9:00 am Sunday, I would begin the process with Paypal to log the transaction as fraudulent.
10:00am Sunday partial refund ($120 of the $130 paid)
Through a number of conversations this morning, it is clear that he will not complete the full refund, and he feels I am at fault for cancelling the service, rather than this being a case of him being unable to arrive on time to do the work.

To be fair, throughout this, he has offered to my vehicle free of charge, but currently, I'm not sure I am willing to have someone who cannot keep time, or process money honestly, to work on my vehicle.
